Guess I’d better work on some cars instead of doing actual work

It was supposed to rain here yesterday so I quickly did the car, the rain held off.
If I didn’t get the car done yesterday I was going to do it today as the weather forecast looked better. But it keeps trying to rain.

We’ve been soaked this morning across East. Not good weather for building outdoor stuff! Good planning on your part, the only thing worse than rain after washing your car is needing a poop immediately after a shower.

I don’t know if there is a more British picture.
How’s the Series coming?

I don’t mind rain after washing and drying and sealing a car as I can watch the water beading off. The worst is when it stops and starts as your cleaning the car.

I haven’t done anything yet, but I’ll be starting on Saturday with Car Guy Twingo Tamer and Schaefft. I think ‘exploratory surgery’ and ‘a good going over’ would be the most apt description of what we plan to do

Thankfully my company is closed between Christmas and new year’s. I’ll have some time to work on my IIa and finally get it stripped down to the chassis for clean up.

Been raining here a great deal of the week as well, and gray skies the rest. Not a get-out-of-work ticket for me, though - dull drawing of parts indoors isn’t like landscaping in that respect.
I ought to have gotten started on the power brake tower regardless, but haven’t because lazy.
